Fantasy Cakes!

I made this Vegas Themed cake during a class at AACC with Chef David Ludwig.

The dice are Rice Krispie treats covered in fondant, who would have thought??

    Are you taking a class there? I've always wanted to go to the HCAT institute. That's my kind of cake, I LOVE Rice crispy treats.
