I made this Vegas Themed cake during a class at AACC with Chef David Ludwig.

The dice are Rice Krispie treats covered in fondant, who would have thought??

I made this little island with Jerms and I catching some rays one night. I was bored.
I used homemade fondant for everything.
That is a camera and a plate of cupcakes by my said and Jerms of course has his cell phone with him. :)
